-One Months’ most recent paystubs
-Two years of most recent W2s and tax returns
-One month's most recent bank statements for asset accounts
-Fully executed contract of sale for property you are purchasing
or your deed if refinancing
-Photo ID
-Social Security Card
Self-employed borrowers:
- Two years most recent tax returns with all schedules, both
personal and business
Receiving gift funds:
- Gift letter, deposit slip and canceled check from donor
Borrowers selling a current residence:
- Contract of sale for the property you are selling
